Business Values Statement

The document linked to below sets out the values and standards we live by at Metoc and supports our drive to achieve the Business Plan targets we have set ourselves. We are all charged with the duty of continuing to uphold the values it contains in respect of five areas:

	Ethical Conduct: dealing with requirements for honesty, integrity, fairness and respect;
	Employees: referring to the way in which the Company treats its employees and the way in which employees treat each other;
	Business Relationships: dealing with our standards in connection with customers, suppliers and other business associates;
	Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Performance: setting out our standards and referring to where certain key standards have been adopted;
	Controls and Finance: referring not only to the financial controls in the Board's remit but also to our day-to-day processes and controls, for which we are all responsible.
