Metoc has been involved within the water industry since 1989 and provides compliance assessment and environmental support to the UK Water Industry in the management of its impacts on lakes, rivers, and coastal waters.  This is principally in the fields of wastewater environmental management, risk management, and modelled solutions.  

Typical projects involve the use of data collection, analysis, and interpretation, combined with predictive mathematical modelling.  Our experience includes extensive Bathing Water and Shellfish Water Assessment programmes throughout the UK; the audit of regulatory requirements; strategic analysis of new legislation; and environmental impact assessment. 

Going forward, our Water Framework Directive strategies will provide financially sound solutions, and improved environmental performance and compliance.
